My career began in the trenches of the transportation and 3PL industry. I am a natural-born leader, and during my time in various logistics and retail leadership positions, I learned that success isn't just about managing teams, it is about designing the training and content that makes them excel. I sharpened my skills in instructional design, animation, and video editing, turning complex operational needs into engaging, understandable material.
I founded HMR Design because I recognized a specialized need in the market. I use my unique background to solve two major problems. First, I believe that compliance and complex training can be genuinely engaging. I initially focused on creating affordable, custom learning content that helps small transportation and logistics businesses in St. Louis achieve Human Mastery, turning regulations and processes into fun, actionable plans. I am ready to apply these content and design strategies to any industry seeking better employee training and compliance.
Second, I am a passionate mother who understands that early habits are the foundation of lifelong success. This led me to create Habit Mastery Resources, providing practical, easy-to-implement tools, like the Custom Chore Coach, that genuinely help children develop the core habits we all wish we had mastered sooner.
My commitment is to deliver expert solutions that save time, build momentum, and help you master the next challenge, whether it is streamlining an operation in the warehouse or teaching responsibility in the living room.
