Scope of Service

Human Mastery Resources, referred to here as HMR, provides Mastery Kits consisting of custom video content, digital templates, and operational frameworks. These kits are designed to transform complex business information into digestible training tools.

Customization and Production Process

HMR produces custom content based on the culture and branding information provided by the client. While HMR utilizes internal frameworks to ensure quality, the final product is tailored to the specific needs of the client business. The client is responsible for providing accurate information and branding assets required for production.

Professional Disclaimer

HMR is a business consultancy and not a law firm. Mastery Kits are operational tools and do not constitute legal or regulatory advice. The client is solely responsible for ensuring their business practices and internal policies comply with Missouri state and federal laws.

Intellectual Property and Video Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final exported video files and job aids for internal business purposes. HMR retains all ownership and rights to the underlying creative frameworks, templates, and Mastery Kit structures. These elements are the proprietary property of HMR and may not be replicated.

Working Files and Software Access

HMR does not provide access to raw video footage, project files, or our proprietary video editing software. All production and technical updates are handled exclusively by HMR to ensure the quality and integrity of the Mastery Kit system.

Usage Restrictions

The license granted is for use within one business entity only. The client may not sell, lease, or distribute HMR Mastery Kits or video content to third parties or other business entities without prior written consent and an additional licensing agreement from HMR.

Fees and Payment

All fees for Mastery Kits must be paid according to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. HMR reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until the balance is paid in full.

Limitation of Liability

HMR is not liable for any business interruptions, loss of data, or legal issues arising from the client's use of the Mastery Kits. The total liability of HMR shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific kit in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal proceedings related to these terms or HMR services shall be conducted in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
