Refund Policy
Digital Mastery Kits
Because our Mastery Kits are delivered digitally and contain proprietary business frameworks, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or accessed.

Pre-Production Cancellation: If you cancel your order after payment but before submitting your intake documents/files, a refund will be issued minus a 10% Administrative Set-up Fee.

Post-Delivery: Once the final files have been delivered or digital access has been granted, the transaction is non-refundable.
Consulting Add-ons
If a Mastery Kit was purchased with a live consulting session, the consulting portion is refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Satisfaction Commitment
While we do not offer refunds on digital goods, we are committed to your success. If a kit does not meet your operational expectations, please contact us within 7 days for a one-on-one adjustment.
