HMR Design Services
At HMR Design, we know how to customize your training content for maximum retention so that you keep your good employees, and you have time to grow your business. Remember, when employees are confident in their role and expectations, they are more engaged in the work that they do!
All kits include edited live-action training videos. The raw footage will need to be provided by the client, or HMR includes screen recordings in every package. Client-provided footage must meet HMR's 'Media Submission Standards'. Editing of poor-quality audio or complex 'blurring' of sensitive data will be billed hourly.
Animated training videos can be created for an additional cost. If you need professional video, HMR can refer you to one of their partners to help you. Please contact us for your custom quote!

How We Work
Securing Your Spot: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the HMR production queue.
The Production Queue: Once your deposit is received, you will be issued a Commencement Date. This ensures that every client gets our undivided attention and projects stay on schedule.
Client Homework: To keep your project moving, all SOPs, software logins, and raw footage must be provided by your Commencement Date.
Quality Standards: All client-provided media must meet our Media Submission Standards. High-quality input ensures high-impact results.
Scope of 'Topics': A "Topic" or "Application" is defined as a single software or a single standard operating procedure.
Review Cycles: All package pricing includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Significant changes to the scope or "re-doing" a module after a change in your SOP will be billed at $150/hr.
Turnaround Time: Standard delivery for "Kits" is 6–8 weeks from the project commencement date, contingent upon client providing SOPs and SME access within the first 7 days.
